As organizations strive to improve operational efficiency, control costs, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements, a solid understanding of fleet management best practices is critical. Fleet 101 offers a comprehensive, four-day virtual learning experience designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of all aspects of fleet management. Through information-packed topic areas, learners will explore the core components of effective fleet operations, including asset management, business and financial management, information systems, maintenance, risk, and vehicle fuel strategies. Participants will gain practical insights to make informed decisions and drive operational excellence within their organizations. 

By the end of this course, participants will be able to
Identify and analyze key fleet management principles and data to inform decisions. 
Apply best practices in asset, financial, and maintenance management to optimize operations. 
Develop policies and strategies that mitigate risk, control costs, and ensure compliance.
