The NAFA Northwest Council is excited to bring back the Fleet Leaders Form to 2026! Please join the council for the first quarterly virtual meeting on February 11 at 12PM PT. This is a dedicated time to hear from other fleet professionals in the NAFA Northwest Region, sharing struggles, insights, and innovations.
Council member Wayne Westerholm will present on how to develop a scalable training program for new employees during onboarding and how to maintain them properly. Succession plans have been a huge topic across the board for NAFA members, so take some time to listen in to how you can set your team up for success during a transition period.
