The event will be held at the Glenmore Inn in Calgary, Alberta. Lunch will be served prior to the presentation and there will be time for networking with peers as well.
The presenter,Timothy Tsao, is the Product Manager for Jim Pattison Lease - a leader in fleet management & leasing in Canada. He has five years of experience in bringing custom solutions to a variety of fleets, specializing in telematics, fleet electrification, big data and reporting.
The session on fleet electrification will explore the key aspects and considerations for transitioning your fleet to electric vehicles (EVs). Valuable insights from a fleet management perspective will be shared from successfully implementing fleets of various sizes and industries to electrification. The session will encompass the considerations that contribute to the total cost of ownership (TCO), shedding light on the financial benefits and long-term savings associated with electric vehicles. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of how to make electrification decisions based on operational & financial data, considering factors such as vehicle purchase costs, maintenance, fuel savings, and potential incentives. Additional topics include the planning & optimization of charging stations, how to select the most suitable vehicles to address range/payload/charging speed needs, and other operational-specific requirements. Finally, the discussion will shift to monitoring and reporting key metrics for EV performance, energy consumption, and predictive maintenance. Whether you are just starting to explore fleet electrification or already in the process, this seminar will equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions and successfully electrify your fleet.
There is no charge to attend this event in person or through the virtual option and guests are encouraged to attend as well. Registration is required for those attending virtually or in-person by June 15.
